Candlesticks are to small?

My candlesticks are to small on the bottom for the holders. They do not stand up straight because they are to small. Can I put something around the bottom to keep them from leaning? Thanks!

    Try wood slivers.

    Just heat up the end of the candle to the melting point,put the candle in the holder and hold it until it cools
